You can join the Google Group at https://groups.google.com/g/thecctg
Be sure to log in with an account with your institutional email address (e.g., .edu, .giv,.mil), rather than a personal Google account. At the Google Group page, use the button in the upper right to Sign In with that account (if not already signed in), then click the "Ask to join group" button.
Individuals without institutional accounts should create a free Google account using their institutional email address, and use that to join.
